A Fun and Flexible Approach.
Group Fitness Classes
Group fitness classes are organized and led by a professional instructor. This is a great way to get into a fitness routine, add some variety to your training, or as an addition to your personal training sessions. Sessions will be organized with a whole body warm up, followed by a mix of strength, cardio, agility, core, and mobility. Sessions will be conducted with participant safety in mind but are open to all levels of ability. Work at your own pace as the instructor leads you through a great 45 minutes of training.
Custom Group Training
Custom Group Training is made up of specialized and small group sessions. These specific sessions are designed, organized, and coached by a certified personal trainer. Participants receive training specific to the group’s goals. Trainers will guide participants with specific and individual feedback and provide accommodations to exercises when needed. Custom Group Training Sessions will have limited numbers of participants.
Every session is led by one of our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers. Our small class sizes allow individual hands-on instruction for each participant.

Strength & Core
Using stability balls, small equipment and your own body weight, you’ll tone and sculpt your entire body. By training your entire body all at once, you will significantly improve your overall fitness level and have a blast while burning calories.
A functional strength training workout routine involving performing compound exercises designed to enhance the relationship between your body’s muscular and nervous systems. Functional strength training helps you more efficiently undertake motions such as pushing, pulling, climbing, walking, sprinting, jumping, twisting, turning, to help you improve at regular day to day activities.
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low impact movements designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture as well as enhance mental awareness.
This class will emphasize the use of the abdominal muscles whilst working the whole body in a series of mat based exercises.
Integrating mind/body activities to improve your posture, strengthen your core, tone your muscles, build balance and increase flexibility, all while releasing tension and stress.
It also integrates mind/body awareness by involving breathing techniques, attention to form, controlled exercise execution and mindfulness.
