We offer fun and flexible approaches to fitness with our training options. Our services are centered on helping you achieve your training goals in a supportive and safe environment. Our personal training option has you working one-on-one with a personal trainer, who will create personalized plans with you. All of our equipment in our gym is made available to you as you work towards your fitness goals.
We want to help you meet your goals in the way that suits you best. For an option that favours affordability and closeness, consider partner training. This option will have you working one-on-one with a personal trainer and another individual. With access to our spacious studio, and a personal trainer eager to help, our partner training is a great option for clients of all experience levels.
Small Group Training
Group training can be a fun and affordable option. You'll get to work with a certified instructor who will keep your fitness goals and physical needs in mind, while also working alongside other motivated trainees. Get the same excellent level of training with our instructors as you would with personal/partner training. Working in a group can help you meet your goals while forming a close-knit support system and having fun along the way.

Our small group training is an excellent option for those wanting to stay active while also working within a budget. You’ll get to train alongside peers, helping you stay motivated as you work towards your fitness goals. Our certified instructors are there with you every step of the way, making sure you never feel left out.
For those looking for flexibility:
Our virtual training allows you to work out from anywhere. All you have to do is log on and you get live instruction with our personal trainers. You can expect the same personalized training that you’d receive in our studio while training at home.
For those looking for convenience:
With a subscription to Focus Home Fitness Video Library you gain access to all the themes and fitness videos that you can complete whenever it suits your schedule. Videos are updated to keep you motivated and energized. Each session will list the limited equipment needed (sometimes none) and the space requirements you need to exercise safely at home.
