Rucking with Randy
Sunday, April 12 to June 28 (12 weeks)
9:30–10:30 am – Rucking
10:30–11:15 am – Open gym strength circuit
Cost: $175 + HST for one or both
Rucking is simply walking with purpose while carrying weight in the awesome ruck packs we have at Focus. It's a great way to add some aerobic training into your weekly routine. We ruck from 9:30 am–10:30 am (4 to 6 km). At 10:30 am we have an open gym where you can follow a strength circuit or do your own strength work.
Focus Athletic Blueprint (FAB) with Gabe
Saturday, April 11 to June 27 (12 weeks)
Youth (ages 9-13): 9–10:00 am
High School (ages 14-17): 10–11:00 am
Cost: $155 + HST
This program is geared to youth and high school aged athletes looking to train and learn under Focus Trainers. Program is organized and led by Gabe Plata with assistance from Randy Zabukovec.
Youth S&C (ages 9–13):
- Physical literacy focused S&C program...
- Game / competition based training
- Fun movement-based learning
High School Learn to Lift (ages 14–17):
- Learn squat, hinge, press, pull
- Plyometrics, sprint, agility
- Strength + speed development


Yoga with Tracy
Sunday, May 3 to June 21 (8 weeks)
1:00–2:00 pm
Additional 2:30 pm session may open based on interest
Cost: $200 + HST
Cultivate serenity through the connection of breath and movement. This is not the yoga that has become typical, it’s not hot, power, or overly exercise-focused. Instead, it blends a little bit of flow with a little bit of strength, without being solely either.
In this one-hour class, you’ll experience a thoughtful, guided practice designed to nourish the connection between body and mind. Using Hatha yoga tools, including postures, breath work, and plenty of modifications and cueing — Tracy will leave you feeling calm, grounded, and focused for the week ahead.
This session is suitable for all levels, and beginners are absolutely welcome.

Foundation Training with Brent
Wednesday, April 15 to May 20 (6 weeks)

Foundation Training is a range-of-motion patterning and postural strength-building protocol. It trains the body to move more ergonomically and begin correcting the physical imbalances that result from our modern lifestyles. Through a series of body-weight exercises, Foundation Training activates postural muscles and organizes your frame to shift the burden of supporting the body from your joints to your muscles.
No matter your age or fitness level, Foundation Training is a safe, effective and, most importantly, enjoyable practice that puts you on the path to improved wellness and comfort
